We really do live in some beautiful country. This is no place in particular… I could have taken a shot anywhere along this old dirt logging road and it would have been just as lovely and scenic. The East Fork of the Trinity is running over white rocks in the canyon below, the last of the wild flowers are blooming on the road cuts and even the poison oak is beginning to take on it’s fall colors. Hawks and squirrels and deer… there’s tracks of a bear who wandered down the road sometime before we got here. I’m so glad I didn’t choose to live in the city. For all it’s inconvienences, I love my mountains! 🙂
