The wood shed is full & there’s snow clouds on the horizon. Family holidays just around the corner. I’m glad you could drop by for an e-visit. Hope you brought your looms because there isn’t much time for making those gift projects!
Our visitor…
{{popup cyote3a.jpg cyote3a 482×643}}coyote
This guy (or gal) came around sniffing where I toss out bird seed in front of the widows to give the cats something to watch. I expect he’d rather have cat than bird seed, but they’re being kept in this winter. Much against their wishes! Maybe the view of this little ‘doggy’ will convience them of the sense of this!
TA-DA! A major FO!
Believe it or not it finally after three years FINISHED! I took the pictures on Grandmother’s bed because I couldn’t get far enough away from mine to get the picture. She has a suite sized room. I am tickled pink with this. It looks just as I hoped it would. There is a bit of work to do on the back, weaving in a few ends and some seam finishing but it’ll be on the bed tonight! This is mostly my beginning handspun yarns and yarns I made in workshops or those left from projects. Which is one reason it took three years. I wasn’t really making it with a deadline. But I’m glad to be finished. now I have to come up with a new Major project. Shouldn’t be too hard!
How to stay warm on a snowy day.
I’m almost done! On the second round of the edging, nestled here among the clutter.
Keeping them occupied!

I lost the other picture of her watching the squirrels so you won’t find it below. Sorry, I’m still learning this. Anyway, I feed the birds and squirrels outside this door and it keeps her entertained. The cats love it, too.
Rosy’s snowman

Well, she did it! Snow brings out the ‘kid’ in us all! 😀
Winter wonderland Everywhere!
{{popup Rogue_River_1a.jpg Rogue_River_1a 540×405}}It even snows in Oregon!
Sis’s place in Rogue River, OR even has quite a lot. Hopefully signalling the end of their drought years. She says, “I guess I’ll need to go out and build a snowman in the front yard, doesn’t seem right not to.” 🙄
Entertainment for the critters

I feed the birds and squirrels outside here and the cats and Cori find it the best show in town!
Randy’s hard work
{{popup gramsyardclose.jpg gramsyardclose 857×643}}A way out at last!
Randy got the old Gimmy dug out but the county road was still not open by New Years Eve. You can see him standing there on the edge of the porch, admiring his handywork. He did a lot of shoveling this week!
